CANCELLATION POLICY

FIRM - Upon booking approval, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.   

Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.    If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable..     If no cancellation is made, the remaining 50% is payable 14 days prior to checkin.

Non Refundable - are you sure of your travel plans and want to save some money?   Choosing the non refundable option will secure you a discount on published rates.

Upon booking approval with a non refundable cancellation policy, a 10% discount is applicable on published rates.   Payment in full is required to secure your booking after booking approval.    If you choose this option and cancel at any time, no refund is payable.

Force Majeure - If a cancellation occurs prior to arrival due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will offer a full credit for future stays, valid for up to 12 months.

Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will be charged for the full original booking.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

More information on how to pay for your reservation will be advised via email after we receive your request to reserve dates.

We offer a firm cancellation policy of 30 days or a non-refundable cancellation policy offering a 10% discount on pubished rates

ACCOMMODATION OF CHILDREN

Villa Eleni has three bedrooms - one king size bed in bedroom 1 and two queen size beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 respectively - all with private ensuites featuring double vanities. a bidet toilet and walk in shower.

We would like to inform you of our policies in relation to accompanying children. 

Our villa offers elegant accommodation for up to six guests, with each of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms designed to host two guests in comfort and style. Children are included in this occupancy and will enjoy the same luxurious bedding—either in their own bed or by sharing one of the available beds. Kindly note that additional beds are not provided.

For guests traveling with an infant, a high-quality crib can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. We recommend requesting this in advance to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Please be aware that, in keeping with the villa’s design and aesthetic, temporary pool fencing is not permitted on the property.    In addition, there are a number of potted plants around the pool area which will provide a foothold for children to climb over the fence and this represents a serious safety hazard.    For families with young children, we suggest using approved flotation devices such as certified life vests to help ensure safety around the pool area.

We are committed to creating an exceptional and worry-free stay for all our guests. Should you have any special requirements or concerns, our team is always happy to assist in advance of your arrival.

WATER CONSERVATION AND EXTRA LINEN 

Water conservation is a crucial aspect of sustainable hospitality, especially in vacation villas, where linen changes can significantly impact water usage.     Reducing the frequency of linen changes— we provide change over every four days —helps save thousands of litres of water annually by minimizing the need for laundering.     This practice not only conserves water but also reduces energy consumption and the use of detergents, which can harm the environment. 

We encourage guests to participate in water-saving measures, such as reusing towels and requesting linen changes only when absolutely necessary, enhances environmental stewardship while maintaining comfort. 

Linen will be refreshed on the morning of the 5th day of stay for no charge at Villa Eleni and by adopting such policies, we can contribute to Bali's effort to preserve water resources for future generations and especially given that Bali is already experiencing extreme water shortage due to the massive new development on the Island.

If you require more frequent linen changes outside of the current turnaround, a laundry fee of Rp 150.000 per room will be charged. for each room change.

REFUND POLICY

While we always strive to ensure a wonderful and seamless stay, there may be rare instances beyond our control that could impact your experience - for example - a complete island wide black-out that recently occured due to a failure in the undersea electricity cable to Bali for a period of 8 hours.

In such rare cases, completely beyond our control, we’re unable to offer refunds. 

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to extend a special discount on your next booking should you choose to stay with us again. 

Guests who shorten their stay after check-in will be charged for the full original booking.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the villa - ashtray provided in the garden area

Maximum of 6 guests only - our accommodation licence does not allow more - babies in cribs excepted
